Free shots for tots (infant & school age) are provided every Wednesday by APPOINTMENT ONLY at the Fulton County Health Department. To schedule an appointment please contact the Public Health Nurse at (574) 223-5152.
Adult vaccines can be obtained at the Fulton County Health Department by calling the Public Health Nurse at (574) 223-5152. Please contact the Public Health Nurse to schedule an appointment and to discuss the fees associated with the administration of the various vaccines.
