Immunization Clinic 

Childhood immunizations for Medicaid and uninsured patients (2 months – 18 years of age) are provided every Wednesday by APPOINTMENT ONLY at the Fulton County Health Department.  To schedule an appointment, please call the immunization clerk at (574) 223-4218. 

Adult vaccines for UNINSURED patients (19 years of age and older) can be scheduled at the Fulton County Health Department by APPOINTMENT ONLY by calling (574) 223-4218.
