The first thing you need is a soils report by a register soil scientist, any registered in Indiana will work but we do provide a list of soil scientists that have said they wanted to work in Fulton County. After the soils report is received by the Health Department you will be given minimum specifications for the types of septic systems that would work in that soil. With the minimum specification a system can be designed/quoted by an installer, the system should be flagged out and the plans submitted to the Health Department for review.
